Hipotels Mediterraneo Hotel - Adults Only, Sa Coma (Mallorca)

Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. The room overlooking the sea was a significant improvement on the first one, though it was a little too warm for my liking. The service was fantastic, especially with the kind and helpful staff always greeting us with a smile. The location, while beautifully clean and calm with a great sea view, felt less established for us who prefer more local experiences. The dining experience was more than decent, with extra special treatment on my birthday. The facilities provided just what we needed during our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, bright, and immaculately clean, although a bit far from the main part of the hotel. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly friendly and always available at the reception desk. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and a supermarket. The dining options were varied and delicious, especially the breakfast and evening meals.

I had the most amazing view of the whole bay from my room, but I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness upon check-in due to some hair and footstep marks on the bathtub. The hotel could be cozier with smaller areas and more plants; a few partitions would have helped. However, having an extra hour of room service would have been a nice touch.

The hotel offers clean and well-furnished rooms with large balconies, but the presence of too many nude guests made me uncomfortable. The staff deserve top marks for being super friendly and going out of their way to assist. The location is great with a lovely pool area and spacious deckchairs, yet the absence of vegan dining options nearby was a drawback. The dining experience provided extensive and high-quality meals, but restrictions on taking food outside were enforced. Overall, a decent stay with some minor inconveniences.
